THE BRONX RENTAL APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR APPLICATION (ITEMS 1-8). YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION:
1. Copy of your last 2 years Tax Returns
2. Copies of your last two (2) to four (4) Pay Stubs
3. Copy of your last two (2) Rent Receipts/cancelled checks for Current Apartment
4. Copy of your most (2)recent bank statements (both savings & checking accounts)
5. Copy of Picture ID, (Driver’s License/Alien Card/ Passport), along with copy of Social Security Card
6. Letter from Current Employer
7. Letter from Current Landlord or copy of Current Lease
8. Copy of Current Utility Bill (ConEd/home phone) from Current Residence
NB: If an applicant is receiving government assistance via one of the programs please attach proof of such a contract along with other pertinent documents from the list above.
● Applicant(s) must earn 40 x rent annually (This includes combined income)
● Application Fee is $100 per applicant
