IT’S THE NATURE OF THE BEAST The NYC Real Estate Market self corrects. Though the rate of decline in prices is pretty elastic and unlike most states; the laws of demand and supply keep the wheels churning. Prices have been climbing for awhile and the breakpoint is about to hit the corner. Thanks to the government, more affordable buildings are up for lottery, and NYC buyers and renters are getting the overdue break they deserve. More buildings are offering 2-3 months incentives, and all of the former ‘outlawed’ neighborhoods are experiencing new growth and development in all five boroughs. As more families migrate here, more skyscapers keep going up. Even outer borough territories like New Jersey,Westchester and Connecticut are benefitting from the influx. Here in NYC approximately every 10 years the market runs a full cycle. You’ve just got to know where to catch the wave and when to get off in order to make your target profit.______________

Disney picks up massive Hudson Square site for $650M

Disney subsidiary would build new campus to replace UWS complex it's selling for $1B. According to Disney, the property will house the corporation’s New York operations, with offices and production spaces for WABC-TV, ABC News, “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” “The View,” and Disney Streaming Services. “Good Morning America” would continue to be broadcast from ABC’s Times Square studio.
